Valentines Chocolate Warmer Recipe

Planning to snuggle up with your loved one this valentines? Why not heat things up with this tasty Hot Chocolate & Chilli drink from William Curley who was voted Best Chocolatier in 2008.


Aztec Hot Chocolate (serves two)


Add 2 Pinches of Chilli powder to 500ml Milk and bring to the boil.
Pour one third over 75g chocolate (70% cocoa solids) and whisk until the chocolate emulsifies.
Add remaining milk and stir until smooth.
Serve and enjoy!
